Manor started with a simple observation — residence management in Ghana was being done with WhatsApp groups, paper logbooks, and spreadsheets. We built the platform that should have existed.
OUR MISSION
To make great residence management accessible to every estate in Africa.
Most residence management software is designed for Western markets — complex, expensive, and disconnected from how estates in Ghana actually operate. Manor is different. We built it from the ground up for African estates, apartment complexes, and the people who manage and live in them.
Built for context
We didn't adapt a global product for Ghana. We studied how Ghanaian estates work and built Manor around that reality — mobile money, checkpoint staff, estate-wide announcements, and more.
Simple by design
Technology should reduce complexity, not add to it. Manor is built to be picked up and used by anyone — estate managers, security staff, and residents — without training.

Ghana is our home market. Africa is our ambition. Every feature we build considers the specific needs of African residential communities first.
OUR STORY
Why we built Manor.
The idea for Manor came from a frustration that most people managing estates in Ghana know well. Residents calling to log maintenance issues. Security staff keeping paper visitor logs. WhatsApp groups flooded with announcements no one can find later. Rent payments tracked in spreadsheets. Each of these solved a problem, but none of them worked together.
We built Manor to replace all of it — a single platform that connects estate managers, security staff, and residents in one place. One system for visitors, packages, maintenance, bills, leases, announcements, and communication.
Manor is built in Accra, Ghana, by a team that understands the local context. We're not building for a market we don't live in.
